Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. To start a return, visit our Return Portal.

Do you offer free returns?

No — the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How do I exchange a bag?

Start your exchange through our Return Portal. Once your return is received, we’ll ship out your replacement.

All TIPS bags are made with weather-resistant materials designed to handle light rain and daily wear. While not fully submersible, they’ll keep your gear dry in most conditions.

Do you offer a warranty?

Absolutely. Every TIPS bag comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. We stand by our products — if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Where are the products manufactured?

Our bags are designed in California, with production handled by our trusted partners in ethically certified factories overseas.
